Mine Blasts is a blog about the Joplin Blasters, a member of the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball. The Blasters play their home games at Joe Becker Stadium in Joplin, Missouri. The American Association consists of 13 minor league teams, stretching geographically from Canada to Texas.
